How to comment on blog-entries

There are a lot of interesting blogs on the internet on a broad variety of topics. To run a blog can be a very time-consuming and labour-intensive task and therefore the readers of blogs should appreciate the effort that was put into it. The author of a blog probably would like to see that he or she is noticed by readers and to comment on blog-posts is a good way of indicating that. This way the readers are able to show that they are interested in the topic, but they can also make suggestions or give further information. Unfortunately, there are a lot of comments which are not very successful and meaningful.
